We are seeking a dedicated Cashier/Stocker to join our team within two of our businesses under the same umbrella of ownership.
You will work as an employee at two different locations that are within the same neighborhood (Cabrillo Liquor & Harbor Liquor).
This role will consist of 12 hour shifts with paid overtime.
Responsibilities include The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Sells merchandise to qualified customers, requesting identification as appropriate.
Operates cash register, scanner and related equipment.
Completes sales reports at end of each shift, reconciling cash drawer; and records any noteworthy items in logbook for incoming clerk(s).
Maintains store appearance:
dusts bottles and shelves regularly, sweeps and/or vacuums floors, and cleans windows as directed.
Stocks shelves and cooler racks at all levels, brings replacement stocks from storage as directed, and keeps shelves arranged in an orderly and attractive manner.
Assists with building in-store displays.
Performs other related duties as directed Work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays) as required.
