Are you someone who can maintain the demands of a professional office while nurturing a healing and supportive environment? Seeking a skilled, motivated, and friendly assistant to join our holistic health care practice.
The Vital Health Center is a non-physician osteopathic practice that has served Santa Cruz for over 20 years.
Our small but thriving practice offers hands-on therapy treating a wide range of injuries and dysfunctions.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and collect payment Schedule appointments over the phone, text, and in-person Support clients in online scheduling Keeping an accurate log of tasks performed Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the office including gentle cleaning, having tea available, stocking bathroom, etc.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant preferred Proficient in Word, Outlook, and OneNote Proficient in scheduling and administrative tasks Energetic, service-oriented, kind, and professional Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail How to Apply:
