Position:
Part-time Neurofeedback Technician Requirements:
Must have a driver's license and insurance in order to run errands Ability to show up consistently on-time for a 4 to 8 hour shift, at least 1-2 days per week.
Currently, we need help on Fridays and Saturdays.
Tech savvy- able to learn multiple computer programs quickly Great multi-tasker who is comfortable in a busy environment Good communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in taking credit card payments Organized/detail-oriented/follows directions Able to maintain a clean office Only applicants with both a resume and cover letter will be considered.

Summary:
Serve as a neurofeedback technician and support the general administrative functions and activities of our clinic.

The ideal candidate would also have at least most of the following:
Office skills:
Answer phones, take payments, book clients, schedule staff, set up Zoom meetings, oversee calendar flow Financial and bookkeeping skills (entering data in accounting and client software, paying bills) Ability to assess and suggest modifications of office systems to address inefficiencies Experience with healthcare administration software (organizing, maintaining, problem solving) and healthcare office environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and inter-staff Excellent time management and organization skills Team-oriented Detail-oriented Proficient in Quickbooks, Windows, G Suite, Zoom Psychologically aware and aptitude for science.
Committed to self-growth practices Clean driving record Physical Requirements:
Ability to work with individuals struggling with mental or physical disabilities.
OK with Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
OK with Prolonged periods standing and moving around the office.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
