By adopting an innovative and forward-thinking approach, Thrive provides exceptional Early Intervention, Social Skills, Speech, and OT services in the Pajaro/Royal Oaks, Watsonville, Freedom, Aptos, Soquel, Capitola, Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Davenport area.
Our therapists are empowered by the guidance of experienced program supervisors, including BCBA's, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, ensuring ample support and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance and Driver's license Must pass TB test and show proof of immunizations/full Covid vaccinations-mandated B.
A/ B.
S Child Development, Psychology and/or related field Minimum of 12 ECE units Must pass criminal background check Previous experience with childcare or related field.
1-2 year experience in early childhood development preferred/Ages 0-3 years old Ability to build rapport with children and their parents Positive and patient demeanor Bilingual is a plus Knowledgeable of methodologies found to benefit children with developmental delays, Responsibilities Educate parents and implement an early intervention plan Create a positive and nurturing environment for the children/infants Perform a variety of tasks defined on the treatment plan Data taking Professional documentation such as notes, progress, intervention reports Job Type:
